Full Spectrum Recruitment

AZWIN Recruiting Objectives

cropped-azwinlogo1.jpgThe AZWIN Recruiting Committee is developing foundations and ideas focused on full spectrum recruiting. Methods and strategies are either all- encompassing or specific to a targeted audience for the recruitment of women into law enforcement. Overall, the full-spectrum recruiting committee will use traditional approaches combined with non-traditional techniques to recruit women into law enforcement. Injecting new thinking and marketing approaches is critical to attracting women and girls to the profession.

Chair— Lt. Christine DeSanti, Surprise Police Department
